Step 1: Take the required amount of rice, wash it thoroughly, and cook it on the stove until it’s 90% cooked.

Step 2: Once the rice is cooked, strain the water and spread it on a tray to cool down (for 2 hours).

Step 3: Cut the vegetables such as carrots, beans, onions, chili, etc., according to your preference.

Instruction for Bengali Fried Rice Recipe

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan on medium flame (about 1/4 cup).

Step 2: In the heated oil, break 4 eggs and scramble them. Transfer them to another bowl and keep them aside (for 2 minutes).

Step 3: In the same pan, heat oil again and fry the chopped onions, chili, garlic, beans, and carrots well (for about 4-5 minutes).

Step 4: Once the vegetables are cooked, add the rice and eggs, mix well.

Step 5: Add salt as per taste and cook for about 8 minutes.

Step 6: Towards the end of the cooking process, add soy sauce. Once cooked for 2-3 minutes, the delicious fried rice will be ready.
