Instructions for Aloo Bhaji Recipe

Step 1: First mix the chopped potatoes with 1 tbsp of salt. Because, if the potatoes are coated with salt, the potatoes will not break while frying. Keep these mashed potatoes in a certain place for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash the potatoes with water.

Step 4: Cover the pan when lightly fried. After 2 to 3 minutes of covering, stir the potatoes with a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the pan. Fry the potatoes like this for 10 to 15 minutes.
